Designed specifically for adults of all ages and led by Heather, our experienced and qualified line dancing instructor. This program offers a fun, safe and effective workout as you learn all the current line dancing moves, making getting fit a fun and social activity.

Line dancing promotes improved memory, co-ordination, heart health, muscle strength, bone density, flexibility, posture, balance and is great for physical exercise.

Joining this session is great for your general wellbeing and will provide you with an opportunity to meet and interact with different people in your local area. Enjoy benefits including enhanced self-esteem, quality of life, relaxation and reduced depression, stress and isolation.

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. We have intervals between dance sessions and you can choose to stay for the duration or as suited to your needs. Bring along your water bottle and optional coffee cup. No partner required.

Neighbourhood House Week is an annual national celebration, recognising the important contribution over ‘neighbourhood houses’ and our community centres make in local communities across Australia. Learn more about Neighbourhood House Week:
