This is an ongoing program starting August 6 running every Friday from 10am. The first hour of each class is designed for beginners.

Dance your way to better health with Line dancing! Designed specifically for adults of all ages and led by Heather, our experienced and qualified line dancing instructor. This program offers a fun, safe and effective workout as you learn all of the current line dancing moves, making getting fit a fun and social activity.

Line dancing promotes improved memory, co-ordination, heart health, muscle strength, bone density, flexibility, posture, balance and is great for physical exercise.

Joining this class is also great for your general wellbeing as classes provide opportunities for you to meet and interact with different people and make new friends in your local area. Enjoy benefits including enhanced self-esteem, quality of life, relaxation and reduced depression, stress and isolation.

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. We have intervals between dance sessions and you can choose to stay for the duration or as suited to your needs. Bring along your water bottle and optional coffee cup. No partner required.

$8.00 cash payment made to instructor each week, (correct amount required).
