Course Details

Tune back in to your body during a 40-minute session of Mid-week Meditation.

Learn how to practice acceptance and become more in control over intrusive thought patterns. Pick up relaxation techniques to get you through the week.

Every week @ 11am aest, Wednesdays.

Zoom invitations will be sent to your provided email in the morning, before the session commences.
