This is an 11-week program starting 17 April running every Wednesday from 9.45am.
Join a community of like-minded, local mums looking to improve their fitness with your kids in tow. No babysitter? No worries! Bring your little one (s) to class with you.
Classes will vary from week to week with a focus on post-natal recovery and will include:
- HIIT, and pram fitness,
- abdominal re-strengthening to improve your core,
- body weight training and resistance training to regain strength and improve posture,
- circuits to increase cardiovascular endurance,
- flexibility training and lots more!
Your trainer, Samantha, uses a holistic approach to coaching your 45-minute class incorporating a variety of results-driven training methods with an emphasis on good technique and building confidence. These classes aim to improve your general fitness, mobility, and energy levels at any stage of motherhood.
Children of all ages are welcome at the responsibility of the caregiver.
