This is new 10-week program run by our experienced and local instructor Sam, starting 2 February running every Wednesday from 9:30am.
Surround yourself with like-minded, local mums whilst improving your fitness with your bub in tow. We know you love your bubs, so bring them to class!
This 1-hour exercise class is designed to improve fitness, strength, tone, and energy levels.
Classes will vary from week to week over the ten week block with a focus on post-natal recovery will include HIIT, pram fitness, abdominal re-strengthening to improve your core, body weight training and resistance training to regain strength and improve posture, circuits to increase cardiovascular endurance, flexibility training and lots more!
No babysitter, no worries! Work out with us in a fun and friendly environment and feel your best as a new mum!
