This Girl Can is a week-long celebration inspiring women to get active – however, wherever and whenever they choose, without being judged. Take part in this truly amazing initiative in this free pelvic floor muscle training session.
For a lot of women, their pelvic floor is a sensitive issue that often goes untreated. Led by a local physiotherapist and combining discussion with practical exercises, this workshop will teach you the importance of pelvic floor muscles, and what you need to do to keep this area in good health.
Just like any other muscle in the body, the pelvic floor needs to be exercised in order to make it stronger and no matter what your stage of life, pelvic floor muscle training is something all women can benefit from.
This workshop is suitable for women of all ages, those with and without pelvic floor issues. BYO yoga mat.
