Details

This is an ongoing program starting 27 April running every Wednesday from 3.30pm.

This program offers a 50 minute session each week of professional Rock n Roll Progressive style class, no partner required to join.

What better way to stay active and work towards better health than with Rock n Roll. This class is designed specifically for adults including seniors and led by an experienced and qualified rock n roll dance instructor, Jon from Alley Catz. He loves nothing more than teaching this dancing style to others and witnessing the joy that it brings.

Rock n Roll promotes improved memory, co-ordination, heart health, muscle strength, bone density, flexibility, posture, balance and is great for physical exercise. Joining this class is also great for your general wellbeing as classes provide opportunities for you to meet and interact with different people and make new friends in your local area.

Cash payment to be made to instructor each week, $5 per class (correct amount required).

Our Rock n Roll Solo / In-Line Dance Class runs prior to this class at 2.20pm, you are welcome to attend the 1st class for an additional $5, why not make it a dancing afternoon of Rock n Roll!
