PLEASE NOTE NEW VENUE & TIME

This is an ongoing program starting 2 March running every Wednesday from 2.20pm.

This program offers a 50min session each week of professional Rock n Roll solo / line dancing style class, great to learn key steps, also including beginners or those wanting contact free dance format.

What better way to stay active and work towards better health than with Rock n Roll. This class is designed specifically for adults including seniors and led by an experienced and qualified rock n roll dance instructor, Jon from Alley Catz. He loves nothing more than teaching this dancing style to others and witnessing the joy that it brings.

Rock n Roll promotes improved memory, co-ordination, heart health, muscle strength, bone density, flexibility, posture, balance and is great for physical exercise. Joining this class is also great for your general wellbeing as classes provide opportunities for you to meet and interact with different people and make new friends in your local area.

No dance partner is required and suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. Bring along your water bottle and optional coffee cup.

Cash payment to be made to instructor each week, $5 per class (correct amount required).

Our Progressive Rock n Roll Dance Class follows at 3.30pm, you are welcome to stay on and attend the 2nd class for an additional $5, why not make it a dancing afternoon of Rock n Roll!
