Come along and join in this free Sahaja Yoga Meditation class online during lockdown.

Sahaja Yoga Mediation is designed to improve health and strengthen your immune system. Meditation promotes mental and emotional balance whilst reducing stress and anxiety.

Delivered by an experienced and passionate instructor, Karuna’s classes provide an opportunity to unwind, and release tension every week. Learn a variety of breathing techniques while completing a guided meditation session.
