In this workshop you will receive included in the price a 36 piece shaggy quilt pack already cut with fabric and batting ready to sew.

There are a few designs available on our website so when you purchase the workshop you can choose in the listing the design and which date you wish to attend.

You will learn a basic criss-cross quilting stitch for each block, how to sew your blocks together, nesting seams and basic machine settings for this type of project.

We have a small intimate sewing studio to work from (you can view images/videos on our website) which can accommodate up to 6 students comfortably which makes it a great atmosphere when learning sewing techniques.

There will be coffee and tee onsite, just bring your lunch or snacks with you as we will be having a break midway for 15 minutes.

There is off street parking at site (the sewing studio is run out of a residence) but you are able to drop off your supplies at the driveway and then proceed to park in the street.

Booking cut offs:

• 17 May session: book by 5 May
• 25 May session: book by 10 May

PROGRAM VENUE: This program is delivered at a private residence in Melton West. The venue address will be emailed to participants upon booking.

COVID19 SAFE & Cancellations 

Currently in Victoria there is no need to wear a mask.  We have sanitizer on site for you to use and if you prefer to wear your mask you can.  If you are unwell at all please do not attend, we can reschedule this workshop at a later date and do a private lesson for you.

If you cancel 10 days prior to the workshop you will receive a full refund excluding the cost of the Shaggy quilt kit and postage will be taken out before refund issued for remaining monies paid and your kit will be posted to you.  I am unable to return it to my supplier.  If you cancel less than 10 days from the workshop date no refund will be given but you will be posted your shaggy quilt kit in the mail.

If you are unwell prior to the workshop whether its 10 days or less prior no refund will be given however you can reschedule the workshop to another day/date as a private class, your kit will be retained by Katly Plus till this new date, or if you prefer to not attend at a later date you will be posted your quilt kit and forfeit the remaining monies paid.
