This is an 8-week program starting 2 February running every Friday from 9.30am. Registrations are available via this website to secure your space. Payment can be made to the tutor each week at the venue.  

Improve your strength at our beginner’s strength training classes, designed for you to progress at your own pace. 

Our experienced trainer will show you how to perform a variety of weight baring exercises in a circuit style workout to improve your strength, balance, movement, bone density, heart health and more, all in a fun and social environment. 

Our classes accommodate all fitness levels and ages as experienced trainer Sam offers many different movement options to ensure everyone gets the most out of their workout. 

Suitable for men and women of all ages.
