This is a 9-week program starting 14 October 2022 running every Friday from 9.30am. Registrations are available via this website to secure your space. Payment can be made to the tutor each week at the venue.

Improve your strength through our beginner’s strength training classes, designed for you to progress at your own pace.

Our experienced trainer will show you how to perform a variety of weight baring exercises in a circuit style workout to improve your strength, balance, movement, bone density, heart health and more, all in a fun and social environment.

A medical clearance by your Doctor may be required. Suitable for men and women of all ages.

Program Format

This is a 9-week program starting 14 October running every Friday from 9.30am. This program is $5 per person paid to the tutor at the beginning of each class. A booking for the term must be made via this webpage to secure your space in the program.
