This is an 8-week program starting 12 February running every Friday from 9:30am. Registrations are essential via this website to secure your space. Payment can be made to the tutor each week at the venue.

Improve your strength through our beginner’s strength training classes, designed for you to progress at your own pace.

Our experienced trainer Sam will show you how to perform a variety of weight baring exercises in a circuit style workout to improve your strength, balance, movement, bone density, heart health and more, all in a fun and social environment.

Please note: a make-up session (due to the recent COVID-19 lockdown) will take place on 2 April.
