A free Webinar discussing our natural primitive response to stress and what occurs both psychologically and physiologically when the fight-or-flight state is prolonged and stress becomes chronic. This webinar includes a presentation and a guided muscle relaxation exercise which teaches the mind & body to recognise and release tension!
Participants require little to no understanding of Psychology.
A computer with internet access and speakers/headphones is required. Webcam use is optional.
A recorded version with closed captions will be published for the hearing impaired at a later date. The presenter tries her very best to make her events accessible for everybody and thus encourages suggestions and feedback.

Registration is a must. Suitable for all ages 16+
The presenter holds a certificate in Meditation Teaching and Holistic Human Development and is a member of the IMTTA (The International Meditation Teachers & Therapists Association).
