This is an 8-week program starting 7 February running every Wednesday from 5pm  

In this engaging class, our experienced tutor will guide students in learning the ancient art of Taekwon-Do. In a positive and safe environment, children will learn through both traditional Taekwon-Do movements and other fun, fitness-based activities. 

Along with improved psychical health, Taekwon-Do teaches children self-defence skills which promote greater self-confidence and improved concentration, focus and listening skills as they follow the teacher’s instructions. 

Engaging with other children in a social environment also allows children to explore and develop skills in social interaction and form friendships along the way. 

Suitable for children aged 5-10 years. 

No uniform or equipment is required – just wear some comfortable clothes and BYO drink bottle.
