This is a 10-week program beginning 23 April running every Friday from 9:30am.
Learn to relax your mind and body through gentle exercise and meditation in our Tai Chi classes. This ancient Chinese practice provides a great way to improve your balance, coordination and overall wellness through simple movements and is delivered by our expert instructor. Tai Chi can also help reduce fragility and likeliness of trips and falls as well as improving pain levels.
Stay and join us for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat with other participants after the class each week.
Limited places available in these one hour classes. Sessions are expected to fill fast so book early to avoid disappointment. Please call Banchory Community Centre for further information, or for assistance with your enrolment.
