Women’s health experiences are unique and sometimes complex. The busy world in which we live often sees women neglecting their wellbeing needs, leading to burnout, stress, and health problems.
In this free interactive workshop, we’ll explore some of the essential self-care practices that women can engage in to promote overall well-being.
Join two industry experts in the field of women’s health, Accredited Practicing dietitian, Purva Gulyani and researcher, lecturer and mental health clinician Dr Anju Sreeram as we break down barriers and foster an open conversation in order to empower women with the knowledge they need to take charge of their health.
This workshop is free to attend for women aged over 16 years who have a connection to the City of Melton. It is being offered by the Multicultural Association of Community Empowerment (MACE) as part of their Women in Business and Entrepreneurship Project and is proudly supported by the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing ‘Investing in Women Grassroots Grants Program’.

Notice of road works affecting travel to Taylors Hill Youth & Community Centre.
Melton City Council is duplicating Hume Drive between Gourlay Road and Calder Park Drive by increasing the existing two lanes to four lanes with a new road median. Works have now commenced and are expected to conclude early in 2025.
Works will take place Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm and Saturday between 7am and 3:30pm. During the works, our intention is to keep the road open to traffic but there may be periods of time where there are reduced lanes and delays occur. We encourage road users to allow extra travel time and to use alternative routes if possible.
