Whether you’re getting behind a computer for the first time or wanting to improve your digital skills to become more tech-savvy, Tech Café is the perfect place to start.

These relaxed sessions are flexible based on what you’d like to learn and feature easy-to-understand tutorials to follow. You will be supported by our Digital Literacy mentor who guides you to learn, explore at your own pace and stay connected with the world. Whether you learn by watching videos, reading or being shown how to do things, we’ve got you all covered.

The session topics vary depending on demand but may include:

  • Getting to know your device
  • Getting online & connected
  • E -Safety
  • Mobile Banking
  • Social media Apps (Facebook & Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube, Airbnb, Stayz, etc.)
  • Buying and Selling Online
  • Online Hobbies
  • And so much more

Sessions are personalised to your interests and needs so grab your smart phone, tablet or laptop, come for a cuppa and some tech talk. You’ll also be able to explore the countless other opportunities for staying in touch online in this fun and engaging program.
