Learn a variety of filling, affordable and healthy dishes in this hands-on course. You will create dishes including:

• beef pasties
• spicy beef pasta bake
• chicken sausage rolls
• steamed chicken dumplings
• Asian pork meatballs
• chow mein pork cabbage rolls
• lamb meatball tagine
• Greek-style lamb rissoles

Students are asked to wear closed shoes, bring an apron and container and advise of any dietary issues.
