This is a 6-week program starting 20 July, running every Tuesday from 10am.

Leading a busy life can often make it difficult to take some time out to relax and replenish yourself. During this relaxed 6-week program, learn easy and inexpensive ways to care for your health and wellbeing and simply take some time out for yourself through a series of interactive workshops covering a variety of topics including:

  • Self-care
  • Skin, nail and hair care
  • Dental hygiene
  • Make-up
  • Mindfulness and meditation.

All equipment and light refreshments provided.

This program is delivered by ADEC (Action on Disability in Ethnic Communities), specialists in supporting people from ethnic backgrounds, providing free programs to improve overall health and wellbeing and empowering people living with a disability, those who are frail, their families and carers.

To be eligible to participate in this program you must have been born overseas and be willing to fill in a questionnaire at the start and end of this 6 week program. Assistance available.
