We’ve partnered with the Women Onsite Project to deliver a free, one day ‘Try a Trade’ workshop to provide women who are interested in a career in carpentry, painting and decorating practical experience across these trades.

During the day you will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on taster workshops including:

• Carpentry – Make a Bee Hotel.
• Painting & Decorating

You will also have the opportunity to chat to the team about the Women Onsite program and learn about the supports available for women wanting to get into a trade pre-apprenticeship, traineeship or apprenticeship.

If you are a woman who is interested in commencing a pre-apprenticeship or apprenticeship in the trades industry this workshop is perfect for you.

Suitable for women aged 15 years and over. This is a free event. Lunch is provided and bookings are essential.
