As your child transitions into their teenage years, it can be difficult to understand their changing needs. Maintain harmony in your child and your home by learning from experts about how to navigate this time.
The Tuning into Tweens parenting program helps mums and dads to build strong relationships with their new teenagers and enable them to communicate, even in difficult times. This program helps parents to:
- Understand the adolescent brain, emotions and personality
- Support their children to manage anger and deal with conflict
- Understand sadness and anxiety
- Explore parenting styles
- Develop skills to assist children in problem solving
- Guide children’s behavior with appropriate limits
