We all want to remain happy and independent in our own homes for as long as possible, however, navigating the aged care system and where to get support in the home can sometimes be difficult and confusing.

Melton City Council’s Access and Support Officer can support you to understand what’s available to you (or someone you know) and how to get things in place.

If you have questions about My Aged Care and the support that you can access in your community as you get older, come along and have a chat.
