This is an 8-week program starting 28 April running every Thursday from 7pm.

Relax your mind and gently move your body in our beginners yoga classes. Improve your flexibility, muscle strength and tone, respiration, energy, and vitality. Our experienced yoga instructor is passionate about the many benefits practicing yoga can provide and ensures all participants are moving their body to their own individual ability.

This ancient form of exercise boasts numerous health benefits for those who practice regularly including maintaining a balanced metabolism, weight reduction, cardiovascular and circulatory health, improved athletic performance and protection from injury.

Our beginner yoga classes offer a great opportunity to mentally detox, reduce stress levels and emotionally heal.

This class is suitable for all adults who are new to practicing yoga.

Health Guidelines for this Event

Other Health Guidelines In line with the Victorian Government's Covid-19 vaccination rules, anyone aged 18 years and over planning to attend a Council delivered program held within councils community facilities must provide proof of vaccination status upon entry to the facility.
