This is an 8-week program starting 9 October running every Monday from 7pm, excluding Monday 6 November.
Learn to relax your mind and body through gentle poses and breathing practices as we return in term 4 with our popular Yoga program.
Delivered by our friendly and experienced instructor, these classes will incorporate Yoga and Pilates fusion designed to help improve your flexibility, muscle strength and tone through stretching, core strengthening, breathwork, and meditation. All movements can be modified to your level of ability.
This class is a great way to holistically improve mental focus, strength, flexibility and mobility, whilst helping to develop healthy breathing and posture habits.
Take the opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension in your body as you learn the foundations of Yoga and Pilates.
BYO Yoga mat and water bottle. Suitable for all people of any ability aged 18 years and over.
