Relax your mind and move your body in our Yoga for fitness program. Improve your flexibility, muscle strength and tone, respiration, energy and vitality. Our experienced yoga instructor is passionate about the many benefits practicing Yoga can provide and ensures all participants are moving their body to their own individual ability.
This ancient form of exercise boasts numerous health benefits for those who practice regularly including maintaining a balanced metabolism, weight reduction, cardiovascular and circulatory health, improved athletic performance and protection from injury.
