Course Details

This is a 10-week program starting February 3 running every Thursday from 7.30pm.

Energise your body through yoga in our advanced program for more experienced students. This medium to high intensity class is dynamic, energetic and strengthening.

Delivered by an experienced yoga instructor, Alicia’s yoga classes combine the flowing styles of movement with breathing and a series of strong and powerful postures. Each class targets physical strength and flexibility throughout the entire body.

While maintaining a clear focus on alignment and awareness of breath, these classes build internal heat and aid to detoxify the body. Energising and nourishing, classes will increase physical and mental discipline whilst increasing your heart rate.

This class is most suited to more experienced yoga students. Please bring along a yoga mat to each session.
