Course Details

This is a 10-week program starting February 3 running every Thursday from 6.15pm.

Relax your mind and gently move your body in our popular Yoga classes. Our experienced teacher Alicia is passionate about improving the health of our minds and bodies through forms of Yoga and meditation.

In Alicia’s classes, postures are practised to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body, focusing on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. You will be encouraged to try the full body’s range of movement with standing postures, twists, back bends, hip openers and more. You’ll also learn the importance of linking postures with breathing. All classes finish with a full body relaxation to quieten the mind and refresh the body.

Alicia will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. This beginner friendly program means you can work at your own pace and level that you’re comfortable with.

Please bring along a yoga mat to each session.
