This Hatha inspired yoga class is designed to increase awareness of your body and mind through stretching, breathing and meditation.

Yoga is a well-respected practice than can provide many health benefits, including improved flexibility, strength, circulation and increased feelings of calm and wellbeing. It can also lead to a stronger, more toned physique with the added benefit of reduced stress and an inner awareness that leaves many feeling simply ‘better’.

Delivered by an experienced and passionate yoga instructor, Alicia’s class starts with a gentle warm up, followed by a series of guided poses, postures and breathing practices and ends with a short period of meditation to quieten the mind and rejuvenate the body.

Poses in this class include standing, seated and lying postures all benefiting different areas of the body. All poses can be modified to make them as easy or as challenging as is suitable for your body.

The class is kept small with a maximum of 10 participants allowing for individual attention. It is non-competitive and suitable for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level and caters for beginners through to advanced practitioners.
