This Hatha inspired yoga class is designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit through gentle exercise, breathing and relaxation.

Delivered by an experienced and passionate yoga instructor, Alicia’s classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind, and release tension while strengthening and promoting flexibility in the body. Classes start with a gentle warm up, followed by a series of guided poses, postures and breathing practices and end with a short period of relaxation to quieten the mind and rejuvenate the body.  Alicia’s goal is to help everyone to find the body-mind connection and everyone powerful nature.

Poses in this class will include standing and seated postures, balancing and lateral and forward bending, all benefiting different areas of the body. All poses can be modified to make them as easy or as challenging as is suitable for your unique body and individual requirements.
