This is a 10-week program starting 2 February running every Wednesday from 6:30pm.

Get your body moving mid-week in these fun and energetic Zumba classes!

Designed as a combination of Latin dance moves and aerobics, Zumba is a great way to improve your physical health in an energetic, upbeat atmosphere. Alternating between high- and low-intensity moves Zumba is great for burning calories, boosting your cardio endurance, toning and strengthening your body and improving your flexibility and coordination. Movements can be modified to suit your level of comfort making it perfect for everybody, no matter your age, size, experience, or fitness level.

Our friendly and experienced instructor Beth, will guide you through a 45 minute workout before ending the session with a 15 minute cool down where you can mingle with other participants. This friendly program will give you the opportunity to stay active and meet new friends.

Suitable for men and women, adults and teens. BYO towel & water bottle.
