This is a 10-week program starting April 21 running every Wednesday from 6:30pm. Enrolment in each individual session is required.
Zumba is returning to Kurunjang in term 2! Join us for a fun activity you can do after work or school.
Designed as a combination of Latin dance moves and aerobics, Zumba is a great way to improve your physical health in an energetic, upbeat atmosphere. Alternating between high- and low-intensity moves Zumba is great for burning calories, boosting your cardio endurance, toning and strengthening your body and improving your flexibility and coordination. Movements can be modified to suit your level of comfort making it perfect for everybody, no matter your age, size, experience, or fitness level.
Our friendly and experienced instructor Beth, will guide you through a 45 minute workout before ending the session with a 15 minute cool down where you can mingle with other participants. This friendly program will give you the opportunity to stay active and meet new friends.
Suitable for men and women, adults and teens. BYO towel & water bottle.
