Designed as a combination of Latin dance moves and aerobics, Zumba is a great way to improve your physical health in an energetic, upbeat atmosphere. Alternating between high- and low-intensity moves Zumba is great for burning calories, boosting your cardio endurance, toning and strengthening your body and improving your flexibility and coordination. Movements can be modified to suit your level of comfort making it perfect for everybody, no matter your age, size, experience, or fitness level.

Led by a qualified and passionate instructor, Zumba with Niki promotes body positivity with an emphasis on having fun and feeling good about yourself.

By unplugging from daily life and losing yourself in the music, Zumba can help to improve your mood and reduce stress levels.

Health Guidelines for this Event

Other Health Guidelines In line with the Victorian Government's Covid-19 vaccination rules, anyone aged 18 years and over planning to attend a Council delivered program held within councils community facilities must provide proof of vaccination status upon entry to the facility. Individuals with valid medical exemptions issued by an authorised medical practitioner and children aged under 18 years are excluded from this rule.
