This is a 12-week program starting 1 February running every Tuesday from 9.30am. New participants are welcome to join at anytime.

Join this fun and active class to better your health and lifestyle. Zumba Gold is ideal for older adults and beginners due to its easy-to-follow choreography, slower pace and shorter class length and is led by our experienced and qualified Zumba Gold instructor, Niki.

Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates lower impact original Zumba moves you love to the sound of fabulous Latin music.

This lower intensity class still allow you to work up a sweat and are lots of fun too! And, while also being an excellent form of cardio, it strengthens muscles and improves flexibility, balance and coordination.

There are a wide range of benefits of Zumba Gold, these include:

Health Guidelines for this Event

Other Health Guidelines In line with the Victorian Government's Covid-19 vaccination rules, anyone aged 18 years and over planning to attend a Council delivered program held within councils community facilities must provide proof of vaccination status upon entry to the facility. Individuals with valid medical exemptions issued by an authorised medical practitioner and children aged under 18 years are excluded from this rule.
