This is a 10-week program starting 13 July running every Tuesday from 9:30am. $ 5 per class paid to the tutor at the beginning of the session.

Join this fun and active class to better your health and lifestyle. Zumba Gold is ideal for older adults and beginners due to its easy-to-follow choreography, slower pace and shorter class length and is led by our experienced and qualified Zumba Gold instructor, Niki.

Zumba Gold is a modified Zumba class for active older adults that recreates the original moves you love to the sound of fabulous Latin music and are low impact.

This lower intensity class still allow you to work up a sweat and are lots of fun too! And, while also being an excellent form of cardio, it strengthens muscles and improves flexibility, balance and coordination.
