Free Come & Try Workshops at Mt Atkinson Children’s and Community Centre

The new Mt Atkinson Children’s and Community Centre is offering FREE Come and Try workshops during May and June 2023.

All workshops are free, but bookings are essential. Click the link under each listing to register your attendance.

WEDNESDAY 31 MAY

Bharatanatyam (Classical Indian) Dance

In this fun and engaging class with local Bharatanatyam teacher Shubhi, you will learn one of the classical forms of dance native to India.

Open Door Session

Enjoy a coffee and light refreshments with other members in the community as you connect and share ideas about what you want to see at your community centre.

Mum’s and Bubs Fitness 

Bond with your baby in this safe and inclusive class. Improve your general health and well-being and energy levels.

Strength & Stretch Yoga

Learn to relax your mind, while strengthening and stretching your body through a combination of fitness training and yoga.

Learn how to Make Healthy Vegetable Scrolls 

In this interactive session learn all about healthy eating, nutrition and safety in the kitchen. You will also be guided to make delicious healthy savoury vegetable scrolls.
