Always wanted to try Yoga? Then these sessions are for you. Come along to our brand new centre in Kurunjang and enjoy these weekly classes with our fantastic instructor Kristee. Suitable for all abilities, this is a fun and relaxed 10 week program that covers the basics of yoga and relaxation. Class length is approximately 50 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in and bring along a mat and drink bottle.

Watch as Tim Bone a 2019 MasterChef finalist, demonstrates how we can take healthy, easily accessible produce and turn it into some thing delectable!
