To celebrate International Women’s Day, we are pleased to invite you to this free online information session by Wennie van Riet from COTA Victoria.

This relaxed session is focused on supporting female carers and those who identify as women aged 50 years and over on how the experienced mentors at COTA can support you to find sustainable work.

Female carers who have been out of the workforce for some time or want to train for a more sustainable job often lack experience and confidence of how to present themselves as an attractive candidate or are not sure whether they may need to re-train to find suitable work. Experienced mentors @COTAVictoria understand the confidence and skills needed to apply for a job and that women working together can help break down the barriers to finding employment.
