Oh, what a year this has been! We all have faced this year with patience and courage. This Diwali let’s celebrate the power of our mind and the victory of positivity over evil. Join us for an online Zoom session of Mindfulness morning and learn some new techniques to unleash the power of your mind.
Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing one’s attention to experiences occurring in the present moment without judgment, a skill one develops through meditation or other training. Our experienced tutors will help you learn some easy techniques for mindfulness.
