In this class postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Leisa focuses on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. You will be encouraged to try the full body's range of movement with standing postures, twists, back bends, hip openers and more. An important part of the class is learning how to link postures with breathing.
All ability levels welcome.
