This is a 4-week online program beginning 26 May running every Wednesday from 8pm via ZOOM.

Enjoy the benefits of a guided meditation class from the comfort of your own home. Meditation for health, happiness and wellbeing is a live online class.

Let’s face it, today’s world is a demanding one, we’re stressed out and under pressure and it can at times wreak havoc on our body and mind. Take the time for yourself to disconnect and slow down with four weeks of guided meditation led by The Soul Nourished Mentor, Abigail – a registered practitioner with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists, trained somatic therapist, energy-healer and reiki master teacher.

Over the four week program, Abigail will guide you through a series of meditation styles and breath-work practices to empower you with simple ways to relieve the effects of the stresses you may feel. Better still, as there is no need to travel you can completely unwind and enjoy the relaxation benefits of the class for the rest of the evening. So snuggle up with a blanket in your most comfy clothes and settle in for a soothing experience.
