Course Details

This is an 11-week online program starting 8 October running every Friday from 9.30am.

Improve your strength through our beginner’s strength training classes, designed for you to progress at your own pace.

Our experienced trainer Sam will show you how to perform a variety of weight baring exercises to improve your strength, balance, movement, bone density, heart health and more, all in a fun and virtual social environment.
