A hands-on Vietnamese cooking course where you will learn the fundamentals of cooking with the ingredients and flavours which make Vietnamese food so alluring.

You’ll have the chance to make dishes including shaking beef with rice, Vietnamese coleslaw, pork ball soup, pork skewers, spicy fish skewers with fried rice, Vietnamese lettuce-wrapped spring rolls and lemongrass chilli chicken with rice.

You are welcome to stay and eat, or you can bring a container to take your food home.

Everything is supplied.

To complete your booking, please complete an enrolment form (available at meltonsouth.org.au or at the centre) and make payment one of the following ways:

• Credit card over the phone
• Bank transfer/deposit (account details are given on request)

Students must also supply a photo or copy of their Medicare card and their concession card (where applicable) in order to confirm eligibility.

Enrolments MUST be completely finalised, including payment, no later than one week prior to the first session of the course. If this is not done, your place in the course will be forfeited.
