Participant Withdrawal
If a participant withdraws from a program, workshop, event or other booking type, a refund will only be considered where the participant provides special circumstances in writing, 5 working days prior to the start date.
Participant No Show
Refunds will not be considered if a participant misses a session or the entire duration of the program, workshop, event or other booking type, without prior written confirmation.
Cancellation by Council
In the instance that Melton City Council cancels a program workshop, event or other booking type, a full refund will be issued or another session scheduled.
