In this not-to-be-missed Q&A we will be joined by prolific climate justice activist, Linh Do, who will guide you on a journey to taking big and small actions to help improve the health of our planet. In Linh’s presentation you will discover vital information including:
- What is climate change and climate risk?
- Where are the local ‘hotspots’ and major local issues?
- Learn about our local emergency services response plan
- Hear from our Sustainability Officers on disposing waste, composting, electricity, and recycling in your local area
Linh is passionate about addressing climate justice and social inequality and is currently the Director, Leaders for Global Sustainability at the University of Melbourne, and advisor to the United Nations Environment Program.
