This is an 8 week program starting 21 July running every Wednesday from 1.30pm.
Keep your body moving with this 1 hour well-being program centred on developing and improving quality of movement for everyday life. Focusing on general strength and conditioning as well as cardio and core development. Exercises will include standing and seated movements and light weight work.
Our experienced and passionate trainer Samantha will guide you through many different movements, as well as modified options to ensure each exercise will meet individual needs. Increase your physical activity and gain health benefits in this fun, friendly and non-competitive environment.
Suitable for Women 50+ at all fitness levels and abilities. Bring along a towel and bottle of water.
