This is a 6-week program starting 8 February running every Monday from 6pm. Class does not run on 8 March due to public holiday. Registration in each individual session is essential.
Learn how to make an array of Asian dishes in this hands on cooking series at Kurunjang Community Hub.
In this weekly class you will learn how to prepare and make your own crowd pleasing dishes including:
- 8 February: Handmade Dumplings
- 15 February: MaPo Tofu
- 22 February: Rice Paper Rolls
- 1 March: Classic Sushi
- 15 March: Hainanese Chicken
- 22 March: Coconut Milk Pudding
You will be guided by our friendly and experienced chef Carmen before enjoying your hand made delicacies with your class mates and new friends at the end of each session.
Participants will also receive each recipe to take home so you can re-create these classic dishes for friends and family. Spaces are limited so book now before they’re all gone! Vegetarian recipes are available. Please let us know in the ‘Additional Information’ section of the checkout if you require this option.
