PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE 6.15PM CLASS IS SOLD OUT. LIMITED PLACES REMAIN IN THE 7.30PM CLASS.

This is a 10-week program starting 15 April running every Monday, excluding 10 June. Two class times are available, 6.15pm and 7.30pm. Please select your preferred class time in the ticket section.

Set your week up for success by switching off your mind and immersing yourself in our Hatha yoga where you’ll bring more self-awareness to your practice, with a focus on matching breath to body movements.

Enjoy a gentle warm up before your experienced teacher Farran guides you through a series of postures that aim to improve your balance, flexibility, and strength. Each session ends with a short period of meditation to quieten the mind and rejuvenate the body.

Poses in this class include standing, seated and lying postures all benefiting different areas of the body. All poses can be modified to make them as easy or as challenging as is suitable for your body.

The class is kept small with a maximum of 12 participants allowing for individual attention. It is non-competitive and suitable for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level and caters for beginners through to advanced practitioners.

About your instructor

As an instructor, Farran adopts a relaxed teaching style while still adhering to the traditional yogic practices. She works to create a fun and relaxing environment for her students away from the stresses of everyday life.  Farran responds to students’ needs and wants when developing her routines to ensure they incorporate the things they enjoy or would like to work on.

Farran’s hope for her students is that they achieve a stronger more peaceful mind, body and soul.

Please bring along a yoga mat to each session and wear comfortable clothes.
