Learn how to make a variety of sweet and savoury canapes you can serve your guests at Christmas time. Make some straightforward canapes, as well as some with more flair, using everyday ingredients and simple techniques.

Each student will take home approximately 20 items, including sweet and savoury tarts, cakes and chocolate truffles.

Everything is supplied.

Please bring an apron and container, and wear enclosed shoes.

Students must also supply a photo or copy of their Medicare card and their concession card (where applicable) in order to confirm eligibility.

Enrolments MUST be completely finalised, including payment, no later than one week prior to the first session of the course. If this is not done, your place in the course will be forfeited.
