This is a 5-week program starting 7 March running every Monday from 6pm. Class will not run 14 March due to Queen’s Birthday Public Holiday.

Take your tastebuds to the Hong Kong food markets with Carmen in her street food program at Kurunjang Community Hub!

In Carmen’s classes you will learn to cook an array of classic street foods commonly found in Hong Kong whilst expanding your tastebuds and culinary skills and meeting some new friends along the way! Each week a new dish will be shown including:

  • Grilled skewers (chicken, mushroom)
  • Stuffed three treasures
  • Chinese tea-infused eggs
  • Cantonese sweet pancakes
  • Cheong Fun (steamed rice roll)

Each week you will be guided by Carmen to prepare and cook these delectable dishes before enjoying your new creation with your classmates. You’ll also take home a recipe card so you can make the delicious dishes for friends and family.

All ingredients and equipment supplied. Suitable for people aged 9 years and over. Spaces are strictly limited, and expected to fill fast. Book now to avoid disappointment.
